In 1980 we bought our first house. House was only two years old. Asked agent why it was being sold after only 2yrs. It was bought by newly married couple but marriage only lasted a short time hence sale. I lived there for 18 years when I put it up for sale and unbelievably that couple had reunited and bought the house back and I believe they lived happily ever after.
